I decided to add a trickle charger to the Van starter battery. This ensures that the battery stays topped up during periods of storage between trips. I was finding that if the van sat longer than a couple of weeks it was draining the battery down. The charger simply hooks up directly to the battery and I throw the plug out the drivers window to plug in the van. This works fine for me since I store the van inside during the off season.

I finally got around to installing some wheel arch covers. I had put foam / aluminum duct insulation over the wheel arches, but always felt like it wouldn’t hold up over time with things banging around in the storage lockers. These ABS covers from Legend worked out great to just fit over the existing foam.
